Before he joined the team in October 2021, Allen worked for 18 years as a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, leaving his mark around the city as he assisted in projects that include the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, FirstEnergy Stadium, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, and more. Allen’s favorite part about being a teacher at Job Corps is helping students set themselves on a better path.

is a Bricklaying instructor at Cleveland Job Corps Center and the International Masonry Institute. He brings 23 years of masonry experience, with 16 of those years served as a foreman, providing him with valuable hands-on skills and knowledge to pass along to students.

is a Computer Numerical Control Machining instructor at Cleveland Job Corps Center. He has an extensive professional background in manufacturing, machining and more, as well as 20 years of leadership and management experience through his service in the United States Marine Corps.

He brings more than 30 years of experience, from serving in the United States Navy as a Seabee, to working as a property maintenance technician and supervisor for companies of various sizes.
